Troubleshooting

• No display on screen.

- Check battery pack.

• Antenna is not displayed on screen.

- Try again after moving to other area.

• Strange warning sound beeps when making an outgoing call.

- This may be the case where there is no call channel available or communication with base station is not through.

After disconnecting by pressing [End key], press [Call key] again to redial.

• Lamp on charger is blinking in red color.

- After checking the position of battery pack, try again or try after cleaning the charging terminals.

Refer to Service Center nearby if it does not help.

• Echo effect while talking.

- Adjust volume or move to other place.

• Mal operation while using the phone or nothing works at all.

- Separate battery pack, reset battery pack, and switch on the phone again.

If situation is the same still, then refer to Service Center.
