Electromagnetic Wave
Mobile Phone transmits and receives high frequency wave when power is on.
The Ministry of Information and Communications announced a safety regulation on the influence of the high frequency wave energy
to human body and this Mobile Phone was manufactured in compliance with the announcement.
The criteria for the protection of human body from electromagnetic in the announcement stipulates the allowable limit of exposure of
human body to electromagnetic wave, and the limit includes sufficient allowance regardless of age and health in order to protect the
safety of all persons. The stipulated limit for exposure is 1.6W/kg.
In accordance with the Public Notice No. 2000-93 (Measuring Criteria for Absorption Rate of Electromagnetic Wave) by The Ministry
of Information and Communications, mobile phones have to go through a test called SAR (Specific Absorption Rate) or Absorption
Rate of Electromagnetic Wave and the test result should be within the limit of exposure before the mobile phones are sold after the
registration for the Format.
