Optional Installation

: Ethernet-to-fiber optic converter

The fiber converter comes with a DIN-rail bracket. Install the converter module to the metal 

bracket simply by sliding it into place. 
Connect two power wires to the AC terminal block.  Since AC 24V is polarity free, 

connect AC 24V from outer source and 24V input for the module, all to the same terminal 

connector.

Remove the dust plug, and connect the SC type connectors of the fiber cable to the 

connector on the module. Connect an Ethernet cable between the module and the camera. 

You should pass the fiber cables through the waterproof cable gland to avoid moisture.
