Downloading Pictures
Once you have properly connected the camera to your computer, you are now ready to
transfer pictures.
1. Make sure the USB cable is properly connected between your camera and computer.
2. Turn on your camera’s power.
The camera gets into the PC mode regardless the dial knob position.
3. To access the pictures on the memory card:
If you are using Windows, double-click
My Computer
on the desktop. You will then see a
drive labeled “Removable disk”. Click that drive letter.
If you are using Macintosh, double-click the “ untitled ” disk on the desktop.
4. Double-click the
DCIM
folder.
5. To copy the picture files:
Double-click the existing sub folders. Then, drag and drop the image files to the desired
location on your computer’s hard disk.
Note
:
While the camera is connected to your computer, the camera will not allow you to take
pictures. You will also not be able to view pictures on the camera.
