5. Cleaning and Care
5.1 Cleaning and care

Pull the mains plug out of the mains socket before cleaning.

Let the appliance cool down completely when necessary.
WARNING:
Never hold the appliance under running water and never immerse it into water or
other liquids.

Do not use any solvents, abrasives, hard brushes, metallic or sharp objects for
cleaning purposes. Solvents are damaging to the health and corrode plastic parts;
abrasive cleaners and aids scratch the surface.
4.
Clean the accessories with lukewarm water and washing up detergent.
5.
Clean the housing of the appliance with a slightly damp cloth. Afterwards dry it
completely. Ensure that no liquids enter the appliance insides.
5.2 Troubleshooting
If the appliance does not function, please check the following:
1. Is the appliance connected to the mains power supply?
2. Was the fuse of the socket used activated?
Check the function of the mains plug with a different appliance.
If the objects to be cleaned are still dirty, please check the following:
1. Is there any water in the water tank?
2. Was any cleaning product added?
Check if there is any water in the water tank and add when necessary. If needed add a
cleaning product.
Contact our customer service, if the appliance remains non-functional after checking the
above points. Do not try under any circumstances to repair the appliance yourself.
