Mounting on the ceiling
Mounting steps:
1. Cut a rectangle out of the ceiling cladding without cutting
or indenting any cross beams, supporting beams or
rafters.
Dimensions for VH-I03535: 32.5 x 31.5 cm.
Dimensions for VH-I04848: 45.0 x 44.0 cm.
Dimensions for VH-I06262: 59.3 x 58.3 cm.
2. Ensure that there is at least 2 cm of clearance all around
and at least 4 cm of clearance above the heating element
so that the heating element is kept free of insulation or
similar material when installed.
3. Fasten all 4 spring clips in the mounting frame.
Attention: The middle openings are not used with the
VH-I06262 heating element!
4. The mounting frame is equipped with 4 spacer bolts
M5x12 which are suitable for a ceiling cladding thickness
of 12–18 mm. If the ceiling cladding is thicker than 18
mm, then replace the spacer bolts in the mounting frame
with the supplied M5x18 spacer bolts. These are suitable
for a ceiling cladding thickness of 18–27 mm.
