      WARRANTY CONDITIONS 

·

 

The period of warranty begins with the delivery date, and extends over 2 years. The date 

illustrated on the invoice corresponds to the delivery date. 

·

 

The product and its components are under warranty of VitrA. 

·

 

If the product fails within the warranty period, VitrA offers a free replacement product (or 

nearest equivalent) or replacement part. 

·

 

The products shall be inspected upon receipt. VitrA should be informed immediately due to 

any detectable defect. 

·

 

VitrA is entitled to inspect any damage at any time, together with third parties for the 

purpose of determining damage and any possible cause. If the inspection is refused by the 
purchaser/end user, any liability for defects will be extinguished. 

      
     CASES EXCLUDED FROM THE WARRANTY 

       

The following subjects are excluded from warranty.

 

·

 

Defects of use of the auxiliary equipment, provided with the product or recommended                                   

for the assembly, 

·

 

Defects due to the use non conformity with the regulations indicated on the Technical 

Catalogue or the Installation and User Guide, 

·

 

Defects due to the faults of assembly, maintenance, repair, or disassembling by unauthorized                                      

person, 

·

 

Damage which can occur in transport, after the delivery of the product to the use 

(customer), 

·

 

Surface damage or other damage due to the prolonged storage of the product after the 

delivery of the product to the user (customer), 

·

 

Damage caused on the surface of the products wiped bye the heavy cleaning tools (wire, 

sponges, etc.), 

·

 

Do not clean the products with the detergents with powders abrasive or acid (bleacher, 

detergent containing ammonia, hydrochloric acid, etc.). In the event of contact with the 
product, it is necessary to wash immediately with water. 

·

 

The products must be protected from the shocks at the time of transport and use. 

·

 

Never make cuts, punctures, deposits of painting on the products. 

·

 

Clean the pipeline before usage, the dirt in the system might black. 

·

 

Never leave wet linens, wet cottons or materials of cleaning (bucket, bowls, etc.) on the 

woodworks. 

·

 

Avoid the impact of the solid and pointed objects on surfaces. In case of contact with water, 

it is imperatively necessary to dry wood surfaces to avoid the spots.
