The massager is intended for using on the collar zone.
The collar zone is easy to damage by pinching a nerve, straining 
a ligament etc. Besides the pharmaceutical treatment you can 
perform massage sessions with the massager. 

MASSAGING

The massager is intended for the collar zone massage.
Besides  the  pharmaceutical  treatment  you  can  perform  mas-
sage sessions with the massager. 

Attention! 

Avoid  direct  impact  on  the  vertebrae  and  perform 

all massage techniques on both sides of the spine during spine 
massage.

• 

Switch  the  massager  on  with  the  switch  (3)  and  select  the 
required massage intensity. 

• 

Massage the selected body area no longer than 3 minutes, 
then move the massager to another body area.

• 

After a 10-15 minute massage session switch the unit off by 
setting the switch (3) to the position «OFF».

Note

:  Make  at  least  a  30-minute  break  after  every  massage 

session.

RECOMMENDATIONS

– 

Use the massager in at least an hour after meals.

– 

Do not use the unit for head massage.

– 

Do  not  use  the  massager  at  ambient  temperature  above 
35°С and in rooms with high humidity.

– 

If you feel unpleasant symptoms during using the massager, 
stop using the unit immediately and see your doctor.

– 

For  massaging  put  the  massager  to  the  wanted  body 
area,  do  not  press  on  the  massage  head  (1)  with  exces-
sive effort.

– 

It is recommended to start massaging from the neck, then 
moving to the back. 

– 

Recommended  massage  time  for  one  body  area  is  from 
3  to 5 minutes. 

– 

General  massage  session  should  be  no  longer  than 
10-15  minutes with a subsequent 30-minute break.

CLEANING AND CARE

• 

Switch  the  unit  off  by  setting  the  power  switch  (3)  to  the 
position «OFF».

• 

Wipe the massager body (2) with a soft dry cloth; if it is very 
dirty, clean the unit body (2) with a slightly damp cloth and 
then wipe it dry.

• 

Do  not  use  abrasive  substances  and  solvents  to  clean  the 
unit body (2).
