temperature regulator (13) is set to «

” or “

max

”).

•  When the additional steam release but-

ton (5) is pressed, steam will be vigor-
ously released from the openings in the
iron sole (pic.5).

•  For convenient ironing in hard-to-reach

places there are steam openings (16),
from which steam goes out while press-
ing the additional steam release button
(5).

Note: In order to avoid leakage of water
from steam openings, press the addi-
tional steam supply button (5) with 4-5
sec. interval.

VERTICAL STEAMING

For vertical steaming can be used only
when the high temperature mode is used
(set the temperature regulator (13) to «

••

»,

«

•••

» or «

МАХ

»).

•  Hold the iron vertically at the distance15-

30 cm from the clothes  press the addi-
tional steam release button (5), steam
will be released from the openings (16) in
the iron sole (15) (pic. 6).

Important information

•  Vertical steaming is not recommended

for synthetic fabrics.

•  To avoid melting the fabric, do not touch

the iron sole to the item while steaming.

•  Never steam iron clothing that is being

worn as the steam temperature is very
high and it can cause burns. Use a coat-
hanger or a stand.

STEAM CHAMBER CLEANING

To prolong lifetime of the iron we recom-
mend cleaning the steam chamber, espe-
cially in the regions with “hard” water.
•  Fill the water tank (11) till the MAX mark

(14).

•  Set the steam supply regulator (3) to the

steam release OFF position.

•  Put the iron on the base (9).
•  Insert the power plug into the outlet; the

(6) indication and the water tank back-
light (11) will light up.

•  Set the temperature regulator (13) to the

MAX. temperature: “

max

” the (12) indi-

cator will light up (Pic.3).

•  When the sole temperature (15) reaches

the desired temperature value, the (12)
indicator will go out, you can start clean-
ing of the iron chamber.

•  Unplug the iron, set the temperature reg-

ulator (13) to the

«

MIN

» position

.

•  Pull the plug out of the socket.
•  Hold the iron above the sink, set and

hold the regulator (3) to the right position
– SELF CLEAN (pic.7).

•  Boiling water together with scale will be

throwing out from the openings in the
iron sole (15).

•  Slightly sway the iron back and forth, un-

til water goes out of the water tank (11).

•  Place the iron on the base (9) and let it

cool down completely.

•  When the sole (15) cools down com-

pletely, wipe it with a dry cloth.

•

Before you take the iron for storing,
make sure that there is no water in the
water tank (11) and that the iron sole (15)
is completely dry.

AUTO-RELEASE FUNCTION

If the iron is about 30 seconds in the hori-
zontal position or about 10 minutes in the
vertical position it will switch off automati-
cally. You will hear a sound signal, and the
(6) indications will be flashing.
To switch on the iron, just start ironing.

Note:

After switching off of the iron the

preset temperature of the iron sole will be
set in some time depending on the position
of the temperature regulator (13).

CARE AND CLEANING

•  Before cleaning the iron, make sure that
