Turn on the stabilizer, moving the input breaker in the «ON» position. After

Turn off stabilizer, translating the input breaker in «OFF» position. Connect
the load to the output terminals, make sure in the reliability of connections.
Secure the panel to the chassis.
Turn on the stabilizer. The glow of indicators of the «WORKING» and
