Avoid leaving the vehicle:

In a dusty environment.

In locations where strong magnetic
fields are generated.

On a surface that is unstable or
subject to vibrations.
Electrical cautions and warnings
CAUTION/WARNING!
Risk of Electrical Shock.
No user-serviceable parts inside.
Refer servicing to qualified service
personnel. The lightning flash with
arrowhead symbol within an equilateral
triangle is intended to alert the user to the
presence of uninsulated ‘dangerous voltage’
within the product’s enclosure that may be
of sufficient magnitude to constitute a risk
of electric shock to persons.

UNIT TO RAIN OR MOISTURE.
CAUTION:
The MB-8000 should be
used with DC12V only. To prevent
electrical shocks and fire hazards,
DO NOT use any other power source.
Installation cautions
•
This unit should be installed by a
qualified technician or service
personnel.
•
This product is designed to operate
with a 12V DC negative ground
battery system.
•
Disconnect the ground wire from the
battery terminal before connecting this
unit to the electrical system.
•
The wiring from some other products
or accessories might bear similar
colour codes to this product, however
they might be for a different function.
•
Use proper insulation and fastening
materials to prevent electrical
short-circuiting.
•
Do not connect the yellow wire of this
product directly to the battery
terminal. Please remember to connect
the yellow wire of this product to the
ACC of the ignition switch. Failure to
do so may result in premature draining
of the battery charge.
•
Use only supplied accessories to avoid
damaging the unit during installation.
•
This product should be installed using
the built-in mounting holes provided.
•
Do not install this product at a
position that may cause injuries to the
passenger(s) during an accident.
