Configurator Reference
C-13
Strata RX
Technical Reference Manual
The Channel Plan Page is show in Figure C-14. This is the page
that displays when you click on the
Channel Plan
tab.
You will use this Page to define the frequencies to be used by
each available channel and offset, for each band your RX is
equipped to use.
Band
To set the
Currently Selected Band
, click on the drop-
down arrow and click on the desired band. The bands available
will be configured at the factory when your radio is built. After
that, the Configurator will store the channel plan settings it had in
effect when it last connected to a radio. It will then recall those
settings when the Configurator is next run.
Channel
For each
Channel
in that Band, you can enter:
•
The
Center
frequency.
•
The
Offset (-)
and
Offset (+)
frequencies.
•
The
Offset (++)
frequency (available depending on band).
Requirements for Entering Frequencies
Note the following
requirements when entering frequencies:
•
The frequencies must be within the specified band edges.
An entry outside of the defined band will default to the
upper band edge (e.g., 2500 MHz).
•
Frequencies must be entered in MHz, with the smallest
increment of 10 KHz.
•
Frequencies must follow the format shown, with no
spaces or alphabetic characters.
The decimal separator
must be ì .î not ì ,î . If your computer is configured to
use ì ,î as the decimal separator, see ì Configurator
Troubleshootingî on page C-17.
•
All fields must be filled - leave no blank fields.

following actions:
•
