Troubleshooting
Attention!
Please avoid unnecessary risks.
Never attempt to repair a defective – or seemingly defective – device on your own. Repairs should only be
performed by a specialised repair facility or an equally qualified specialist.
Any electronical device is possibly susceptible to errors. However not every error represents a defect. Very
often the cause for errors are faulty cables, connector cables/sockets or errors in connecting the device.
Before contacting the helpline please check that digital television is broadcast in your area by using the
postcode checker available on the following Website:
www.dtg.org.uk
If you are in an area that will receive digital television but cannot you may need an upgrade for your aerial.
