Insert fixed screws, located
on underside of counter top,
into holes on flange plate
then secure with wing nuts.

Steps:
1) Connect panels and connectors [

] together in numerical order.
2) Connect [9] to the top of verical [8], using bolt.
3) Attach counter top to flange plate [9]. See
Counter Top Attachment
detail.
4) Attach shelf supports to Velcro on interior of cabinet base, then place
shelf on top of supports.
5) Place cabinet top on top of assembled cabinet base.
6) Attach counter top to cabinet base, using bolts and wing nuts.
