Cleaning and Maintenance
Cleaning the Pre-Filter
The plastic pre-filter is reusable. To clean it follow this
procedure:
1.
Open front cover

Remove pre-filter case from unit

and
separate from HEPA filter

3.
Clean the pre-filter with plain water.
4.
Allow to dry completely out of direct sunlight.
5.
Replace
Ensure you have removed the HEPA filter
before washing the pre-filter
We recommend you check the pre-filter regularly and
clean it as often as necessary, depending on the levels
of pollution.

eplacing the HEPA Filter
When the display shows ‘FILT’ at 2 minute intervals, it
is time to replace the HEPA filter (2000 hours). After
replacing the HEPA filter

, press and hold the UP
switch

for at least 14 seconds to reset the HEPA
timer to zero.
Changing the Side Carbon Filters
After switching off the power, open side filter door

and replace carbon filter

, then close the door.
The HEPA and carbon filters are not reusable and
should be replaced.
Depending on the levels of pollution the lifetime of the
HEPA may be longer or shorter than the recommended
2000 hours use time.
Please contact your local customer service center or
distributor to purchase replacement HEPA and carbon
filters.
