OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER
It is recommended you install the Wine Chiller in a place where the ambient temperature
is between 23º-26ºC/ 72º-78ºF. If the ambient temperature is above or below
recommended temperatures, the performance of the unit may be affected. For example,
placing your unit in extreme cold or hot conditions may cause interior temperatures to
fluctuate. The range of 5º-18ºC/40º-65ºF may not be reached.

CONTROL PANEL

CONTROL PANEL LOCK
Your cooler is equipped with a control panel lock feature which will lock itself
automatically 20 seconds after the last time a button is pressed.
Press the
button to unlock the control pane
l. You will hear a “BEEP” sound to alert
you that the control is now active.
SETTING THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL
➢
You can manually adjust the temperature inside Cooler by pressing the buttons on the
display panel. The two buttons on the panel
and
adjust the temperature in
increments of 1ºC or 1ºF.
➢
When you store mostly red wines, the temperature which you control by pushing the
above two buttons need to be set at between 15º - 18ºC (58º - 64ºF).
➢
When you store mostly white wines, the temperature needs to be set at between 8º -
14ºC (46º - 57ºF).
➢
When you store mostly sparkling wines, the temperature needs to be set at between
8º - 9ºC (46º - 47ºF).
You can select temperature display setting from Fahrenheit to Celsius degree by pushing
and holding the
button until the display changes
