7 Messages
The two sections Received and Sent contain respectively text messages received and requests for assistance
sent to switchboards (chapter 9, Alert). Pressing the button under the icon deletes the messages in each
section.
Messages
The sender/recipient name, date, time and a preview of the message content are indicated for each message
in the list. If an image is attached to the message, a paper clip icon is displayed next to the name. The symbol
identifies new messages that have not yet been opened. In the case of Alert messages received by a porter
switchboard, the sender's name is displayed in red.
Use the multifunction buttons to scroll through the messages. Select a message to open it: the contents of the
message and any attached images are displayed. Use the multifunction buttons to scroll through the contents
of a message, or delete it and return to the list.
