Troubleshooting
Make sure that the power supply unit is
connected to the controller.
Check the connection between the power
supply unit and the domestic power
connection.
Check the cable connection between the power
supply unit and the WC controller.
No power supply
If possible, check the power supply using the
app’s diagnostics function, see
Open the stop cock on the water supply line.
Make sure that the motor is connected to the
controller.
Check the motor function using the app’s
diagnostics function, see
No water supply
Check that the motor actuators are correctly
connected to the cistern valves.
Flush system in the wrong
mode
Check whether AUTO Flush mode is set to
SINGLE or DUAL, see
. This must be the case in order
for the system to trigger an automatic flush.
Make sure that the sensor window is not
damaged, covered or soiled.
WC does not
flush
Sensor module not working Check the function of the sensor module
using the app’s diagnostics function, see
Chapter 5.5.1, "Diagnostics function"
Hygiene-flush is enabled
Disable the hygienic-flush, see
WC flushes even
though it has not
been used.
A sensor range that was
too long or unsuitable for
the room in question was
selected
Set the sensor range to a different level via the
