Troubleshooting
If your RONDA
®
20 does not collect the material in a satisfactory way, it may be due to several things:
The suction hose, tube or nozzle may be blocked.
Remove the suction hose while the motor is running. If the sound of the motor changes, it indicates that the
suction hose, tube or nozzle is blocked.
Remove the blocking.
The filter bag may be filled.
Cut off the electricity supply to the vacuum cleaner.
Lift off the motor top.
Change the filter bag as described in the chapter “Change of Filter bag”.
The HEPA-filter may be blocked.
Lift off the motor top.
Screw out the mounting bolt and remove the blocked filter.
Mount the new HEPA-filter.
