clutch flange using long-nose pliers.

• Remove blade mounting

from

clutch drum.

• Push blade mounting

onto clutch

drum

(press clutch shoes

together and ensure that brake
band is not pinched).

• With the engine shaft locked (see

engine repair manual), tighten bolt

with spring washer

(60-65 Nm,

Loctite 243, use an impact driver).

• Insert blade clutch spring

bore

(centre bore) using long-

nose pliers.

Note:

Ensure correct position of spring
washer

(conical).
