Scenario: When USB mouse does not work at certain application programs under Windows 

Vista or Windows 7. 

 

Solution:  

1. Please go to “Change User Account settings”, uncheck “Use User Account Control (UAC) 

to help protect your computer” (for Windows Vista) or set to “Never notify” (for Windows 7).
