7.1 Monitor problems

Suggested action
No picture
* Make sure the VGA cable between your PC and Pen
Display is well-connected.
* Check that the computer is switched on.
* Check if your PC is in sleep mode. Tap the keyboard
or move the mouse to reactivate the system.
* Press the Pen Display’s power button to make sure it
is turned on.
* Try adjusting the brightness.
* If using a laptop PC, check that the external (RGB)
output is selected.
Dark screen
* Adjust the brightness control.
* Backlight degradation after being used for a long
period may cause lower screen brightness.
Picture noise
* Other electrical devices may cause electrical
interference.
Picture is
fuzzy
* Optimal picture quality is at native 1440 x 900
resolution.
