1.
Check Victaulic connection inside the
heat pump for tightness. The cou-
pling must sit flush inside the
grooves. Tighten the two semi-shells
so that no air gap remains.
2.
Open any on-site non-return valves if
installed.
3.
Check the pre-charge pressure of the
expansion vessel.
4.
Fill (flush) and vent the heating cir-
cuit.
!
Please note
To prevent equipment dam-
age, check the flow and return
connections of the heat pump
heating circuit for tightness.
In the case of leaks, switch off
the heat pump
immediately
,
drain the heating circuit and
check the seating of all gas-
kets. Replace displaced gas-
kets.
5.
Check the system pressure and top
up with water if required.
Minimum system pressure: 0.8 bar
Permiss. operating pressure: 2.5 bar

cuit pressure

Commissioning the system
Commissioning (configuration and
parameter settings) is carried out with
the commissioning wizard (see following
chapter and service instructions for the
"Vitotronic SPS heat pump control
unit").
Note
The type and extent of the parameters
depend on the heat pump type, on the
selected system scheme and the acces-
sories employed.
