The condensate flows into the collector
tank of the condensate lifting system
and is pumped from there to the drain-
age system by the level-controlled
pump.
The pump starts when the condensate
level is approx. 80 mm, and stops again
when it is approx. 55 mm. The integral
filter basket protects the pump against
coarser contamination. The non-return
valve prevents return flow into the col-
lector tank while the pump is off.

A second level switch (overflow alarm
switch) with potential-free changeover
contact can be used for an external
fault message or to switch off the heat
generator. It switches when the con-
densate level is approx. 150 mm, and is
reset when the level is approx. 135
mm. The alarm delay available as an
accessory for connection to the over-
flow alarm switch enables the heat gen-
erator to be switched off in parallel to a
fault message, or after a time delay. A
delayed heat generator shutdown can
only be carried out if condensate flow-
ing back cannot cause any damage or
if there is a bottom drain.

Warranty

For wearing parts (parts subject to a
certain level of wear or ageing), the
manufacturer provides a limited 6-
month warranty for the condensate lift-
ing system. The same applies to electri-
cal components.

Wearing parts are:
■ Immersion centrifugal pump with

hose clip

■ Non-return valve
■ Filter basket
