Remedies
The coffee is not creamy on the
surface
Coffee leaks outside the
dispensing unit
The machine takes too long to
heat up or the quantity of water
dispensed from the tube is
limited
The dispensing unit cannot be
taken out
The blend is not suitable or the
coffee is not freshly roasted or
is ground either too finely or
too coarsely.
Dispensing unit clogged
The machine circuit is clogged
by scale
Dispensing unit out of place
Dregs box still in place
Change the coffee blend or
adjust the grinder as directed
in par.5.1
Increase the dose par. 5.2
Clean the dispensing unit and
its outlets
Descale the machine
Turn on the machine. Close the
service door. The dispensing
unit will automatically go back
into place.
Remove the dregs box before
taking out the dispensing unit
