WIRELESS CAMERA SETUP – MODEL # ZX-580SR240 ONLY 

 
The 

ZX-580SR240

 Wireless Camera features Eight User Selectable Channels for Multiple Video Links.   

Channel Selection 

 

For the wireless video link to work, both the wireless camera and receiver must be set

Antenna Connection – ZX-580SR240 Only

 

       
      Carefully thread the antenna onto the connector of the camera.   
      Do not use a wrench or a tool – 

Hand Tighten Only.  

For best Transmitting pattern, 

      ensure the antenna is vertical

 

 

Video Connection – ZX-580SR240 & CX-580SR240 

 

      Connect the BNC-Female jack to your video viewing / recording device.  To quickly and conveniently view your  
      camera settings or to adjust your focus and zoom, connect to a hand-held monitor.

 

 

Power Connection – ZX-580SR240 & CX-580SR240

Step #1

 

- Connect the 2.1mm barrel, 12VDC power supply Model # PS-121C Class V CEC in the 2.1mm Jack. 

 

             

Step #2

 – If stripping the power supply cord, use the included DC Power Jack Adaptor Model # PS-21FBRL  

 

Important:

 The ZX-580SR240 & CX-580SR240 cameras are not compatible with 24AC power supplies 

  
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

Step # 1

  - Remove the Cover Cap from the bottom of 

the camera housing’s Channel Selection Port using the 
included cover opener.   
A Coin or Flathead Screw Driver will also work. 

Step # 2

 

- Rotate the rotary switch to set your channel.  

 
Both the Camera and Receiver must be set to the same channel

 

Step # 3

  

- Replace the Cover Cap back onto channel selection port and tighten to 

ensure a water tight seal.  
 

You Must Replace the Cover Cap to Ensure a Water Tight Seal
