7.2 Weekly Cleaning
7.2.1 Cleaning of the bottom surface of the unit
1. Remove the power plug from the electrical outlet before
cleaning.
2. Press the lock button and hold both sides as shown. Raise
the two sides slowly and pull the whole body out. Move the
unit towards your body.

3. Wipe off the dirt of the covered part. Wipe with a
dampened soft cloth.

4. Raise the unit and wipe off the stains on the bottom
surface.

5. In order to fit the seat into the fixing socket, please place
the seat center at indication A as shown in the following
figure. Lift the holding parts of the unit upward and insert it
with a clamp.

Take care not to place the lead between the unit and the
toilet bowl. After installation, please lift the unit gently upward
to check if it is fixed.
6. Plug the power socket into the outlet.
7.3 Tips for maintenance
• Do not pour any toilet detergent on the unit or clean for a
longer period as the gas volatilizing form the detergent will
damage the unit.
• Do not use any acid or alkaline detergent as it will erode the
metal parts in the unit.
• Do not use any cleaner with powder or abrasives as it will
damage the unit and its surface. Do not bend the nozzle.

• When you move the unit forward (as shown in image ), do
not press the water feed pipe. Do not turn it upside down
from the main unit.
7.4 Troubleshooting
Please check the points in the following table before calling for service. If the provided measures do not work or other problems
arise, please contact your dealer.
Problem Possible causes Possible Solution
The seat is not warm and water
is a bit cold when you're seated.
Is the power saving function on?
During power saving, if the seat is vacant, the set
temp will remain to save the electricity. When
you sit on the seat, it will start warming up till
your set temperature.
The water is leaking from the
hose on the left side of the
nozzle when you are spraying.
It is not a defect. This is designed to prevent high water pressure to damage to the unit.
Will temperature change while
spraying?
The capacity of the warm water reservoir is approximately 1.2L, so after you choose the
medium force for 50 seconds, the water will become cold. Stop spraying, wait for
approximately 2-3 mins and the water will be warm again.
Power indicator is off.
Is the power plug properly connected
with the outlet?
Insert the plug correctly.
Is there an electricity leakage?
Unplug and wait 3 seconds, then plug the unit
back in.
Insufficient water pressure.
Are the valves off? Turn on the valves.
Is the nozzle clogged? Clean it with a toothbrush.
Is the strainer clogged? Clean the strainer with a toothbrush.
The unit doesn't work.
Do you sit on the seat?
Sit on the seat and the unit will work
automatically
Is there physical contact with the place
sensor when seated?
Make sure that you sit on the location of the
sensor.
