4. Remove the plastic plugs protecting the bolts from the
front legs (D&E) as instruction (a). Attach two front legs
(D&E) to seat frame (B), then attach the crossbars (F) to
the chair back (A) and chair front legs (D&E) by
inserting the crossbars (F) into the holes on the chair
back and front legs as instruction (b).
5. Secure the chair front legs (D&E) using nuts (1), spring washers
(2) and flat washers (3) as instruction (c). Do not tightly fasten the
nuts at this time.
6. Turn the chair upright, make sure the chair is level. Then tightly
fasten all bolts and nuts with open-end wrench (7).
