Camera Installation

1.  Disengage the two (2) side latches to open the cover.

2.  Remove the camera mounting plate from the housing by loosening the four (4) Phillips head screws used

to secure the plate. Slide the plate off the screws using the key slot holes.

3.  Mount the lens to be used on the camera according to the appropriate instruction manual.

Note: When positioning the camera/lens combination, make sure that the lens is fully extended (the shortest

focusing distance yields the greatest physical extension). Certain zoom lenses may have to be rotated
90° on the camera to fit into the V9315H.

4.  Select the location in the camera mounting slot which allows installation of the camera/lens with 1/4-in.

(6.4 mm) of space between the lens and the window. Then mount the camera to the mounting plate with
the supplied 1/4-20 screw, flat washer and lock washer.

5.  Place the camera and plate back into the housing in a position where the lens just clears the window for

the greatest angle of view.

6.  Tighten the four (4) mounting plate screws to secure it in place.
