  Installation

4.  Insert the brown heater thermostat wires from the component side through the upper opening (Legend 2 on 

Figure 1). 

5.  Attach the heater thermostat clip with the 6 x 1/4-inch self-tapping screw and snap the thermostat into the 

clip (Figure 2). 

 

Note: If the blower is to be installed, also mount the blower thermostat at this time. Refer to 

Installing the 

V8400H-B Blower

 on page

6.  Reattach the terminal board with the two (2) screws. 

7.  Connect the heater thermostat wires as shown in the wiring diagram, Figure 3. 

8.  Attach the heater plates to the four (4) studs on the bottom of the platform, using washers and nuts (Figure 

2). 

9.  Insert wires through the appropriate opening (Legend 2 on Figure 1).  Wire to terminal board as shown in 

Figure 3.
