Final tasks
Trial run
With the aid of the operating manual, check the following after
assembly is complete.
•
Check the length of the PTO shaft and adjust as necessary.
•
All bolts and torques.
•
Correct routing of the electrical cables.
•
Correct routing of the hydraulic hoses.
•
Position and number of the safety and information stickers.
Lubricate all lubrication points as per the operating manual.
Referring to the operating manual, adjust the machine and carry
out a trial run.
Extend and retract the hydraulic cylinders from the end position at
least 10 times in order to bleed the cylinders.
Once complete, check the hydraulic system for leaks.
Environment
Dispose of packaging according to the current local waste disposal
guidelines.
Ensure that lubricants are handled and disposed of correctly.
No persons within the slewing range
There is an extreme risk of injury within the slewing range from
slewing or folding machine parts.
