Instructions regarding the accessory and speed selection 

Please always follow the instructions below regarding the selection of the 
accessory and speed.

Attention! 

  Never try to mix very hard ingredients. The appliance is not designed for 

this kind of use!

 

  Always use the appropriate accessory for the recipe and not any other as 

this will cause damage to the appliance and of course the mixing result 
will not be as expected. 

  Use the whisk for whipping egg whites, cream and similar.  
  Do not use the whisk for thick mixtures such as dough and mashed 

potatoes. 

  Use low level only when dispersing dough! High speed levels can cause
