3.2.14 Printer Setup

Printer Setup command (

File menu

)

The following options allow you to select the destination printer and its connection. Changes made
using this command will be used as the default settings for all subsequent

commands.

Name

Select the printer you want to use. Select the Default Printer; or select a specific printer from the
drop-down list. You can install printers and configure ports using the Windows Control Panel.

Properties

Displays a dialog box where you can make additional choices about printing, specific to the type of
printer you have selected.

Paper Size

Select the size of the paper on which the document is to be printed.

Paper Source

Some printers offer multiple trays for different paper sources. Select the tray here.

Orientation

Select Portrait or Landscape orientation.
