SETTINGS AND USE
Remove Vibrapower Cordless Belt from packag
-
ing and carry case. Attach charging adapter and
plug into mains socket to charge. Charging will
take 2 and a half hours. Ensure product is fully
charged before unplugging. Once charged undo
the belt by pulling apart the hook & loop strap.
Wrap the Vibrapower Cordless Belt around the
part of your body you wish to exercise and
secure in place using the hook & loop strap
attached. The Vibrapower Cordless Belt can be
used on a variety of areas of the body from
stomach, back, arms, legs & buttocks.
Turn the machine on by pressing the “On/Off”
button on the remote control. This will automati
-
cally start the machine after a couple of seconds
in Program 1 at the lowest intensity for the
shortest time.
To change between programs press the Program
“P” button until you reach your desired program.
Once will change it to P2, twice will change it to
P3 and three times will change it to Manual mode.
To change the desired workout time, press the
Time button in the top left corner of the remote.
The Vibrapower Cordless Belt has 4 time settings,
5minutes, 8minutes, 10minutes & 12minutes.
Keep pressing the Time button until you reach
your desired workout length.
When in manual mode you can change the
strength of the vibration by using the + or –
buttons at the bottom of the remote control. You
will hear a beeping sound once pressed unless you
have reached the maximum / minimum level, then
no sound will be heard.
You cannot change the strength of vibration when
using one of the 3 preset programs.
At the end of your workout, turn off
the machine by pressing the on/off
switch on the remote
Do not leave on charge for more
than 2.5 hours, as this could affect
the battery life.
