SETTINGS & USE
Remove Vibrapower Belt from packaging and
carry case. Undo the belt by pulling apart the
hook & loop strap.
Wrap the Vibrapower Belt around the part
of your body you wish to exercise and
secure in place using the hook & loop strap
attached. The Vibrapower Belt can be used
on a variety of areas of the body from
stomach, back, arms, legs & buttocks.
Turn the machine on by ensuring the
supplied power cord is plugged in to the
machine first, then once plugged in to a
suitable power socket press the
“On/Off”
button on the remote control. This will
automatically start the machine after a
couple of seconds in Program 1 at the
lowest strength for the shortest time.
To change between programs press the
Program
“p”
button until you reach your
desired program. Once will change it to
p2
,
twice will change it to
p3
and three times
will change it to Manual mode.
To change the desired workout time press
the
Time
button in the top left corner of
the remote. The Vibrapower Belt has 4 time
settings,
5minutes
,
8minutes
,
10minutes
&
12minutes
. Keep pressing the
Time
button until you reach your desired
workout length.
When in manual mode you can change the
strength of the vibration by using the
+
or
–
buttons at the bottom of the remote
control. You will hear a beeping sound once
pressed unless you have reached the
maximum / minimum level, then no sound
will be heard. You cannot change the
strength of vibration when using one of the
3 preset programs.
At the end of your workout, turn off
the machine by unplugging from the
mains supply.
