f) After thorough flushing of the system fill it with solar medium and perform leak test. Adapt the capacity
of the multi-stage pump to the number of collectors and their area. Fine flow adjustment can be made
by means of the ball valve integrated in the flow meter.
g) Insert two halves of the rear insulation part (4 and 5) between the wall and the device, and cover the
device with the front wall of the insulation shell (3). Insulate exposed parts of the pipeline.

4. Installation and adjustment of the double solar group
Safety
Installation, start-up, inspections and repairs should be performed by an authorized fitter with electrical
license.
General instructions
The device is pre-assembled before shipment. Compression couplings for connection with piping should be
ordered separately. In order to prevent vapour from condensing in the expansion vessel the installation place
must be selected so that the device is located below the collectors. Should the expansion vessel be placed
at or above the height of the device, a special pipe fitting must be connected to prevent the vessel from
heating (the fitting stops laminar circulation). After each emptying of the system it must be thoroughly flushed
with running water. The device is not intended for direct contact with swimming-pool water.
4.1 Mounting instructions
a)
Remove the device (1) from the insulating shell by detaching the front wall (3) and drawing apart the two
halves of the rear wall (4 and 5).
