5.8. Save & Exit
The Save & Exit Configuration screen has the following features:

5.8.1. Save Changes and Exit
Save all changes to the BIOS and exit the BIOS Setup Utility. The “F4” hotkey can also be used to trigger this
command.
5.8.2. Discard Changes and Exit
Exit the BIOS Setup Utility without saving any changes. The “Esc” hotkey can also be used to trigger this
command.
5.8.3. Save Changes and Reset
Save all changes to the BIOS and reboot the system. The new system configuration parameters will take
effect.
5.8.4. Discard Changes and Reset
This command reverts all changes to the settings that were in place when the BIOS Setup Utility was
launched. The “F2” hotkey can also be used to trigger this command.
5.8.5. Save Changes
Save Changes done so far to any of the setup options.
5.8.6. Discard Changes
This command reverts all changes to the settings that were in place when the BIOS Setup Utility was
launched.
5.8.7. Restore Defaults
Restore the User Defaults to all the setup options.
