SIGNAL WORDS
This manual uses SIGNAL WORDS to indicate the likelihood that a particular action will cause
personal injuries or property damage. Signal words also specify the level of seriousness of injury if
the product is misused in the ways described. The following signal words are used in this manual
.
Identifies a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, WILL result in DEATH
or SERIOUS INJURY. Use of this signal word is limited to the most extreme
situations.
Identifies a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, COULD result in
DEATH or SERIOUS INJURY.
Indicates a hazardous situation which, if not avoided, COULD result in MINOR
or MODERATE injury.
Identifies practices likely to result in product/property damage, such as operation
that might damage the product.
SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
Vestil strives to identify all foreseeable hazards associated with the use of its products. Material
handling is dangerous and no manual can address every conceivable risk. Ultimately, the most
effective way to prevent injury is to apply sound judgment whenever using this device.
Improper or careless use of this product could result in death or serious personal injuries.

Read the manual to refresh your understanding of proper use and maintenance procedures.

cylinders of compressed gasses

LOADING CYLINDERS ON THE CART
Load the cylinder cart by placing 1 cylinder
(CYHT-1) or 2 cylinders (CYHT-2) on the base
plate. Move the cylinder(s) against the rear frame
element. Wrap the chain around the cylinder(s).
Feed the ends of the chain through the holes in
the side of the chain plate (CYHT-1) or tool tray
(CYHT-2). Pull the chain taut; then press the
chain links nearest the holes into the chain slots
to lock the chain in place.
