•  Зверніть увагу, що одразу після закриття дверцята морозильної 

камери може бути важко відчинити. Це цілком нормально! Після 

досягнення рівноважного стану в морозильній камері дверцята 

легко відчиняться.

Важлива примітка.

•  Після  розморожування  заморожені  продукти  слід  готувати 

так  само,  як  і  свіжі.  Якщо  після  розморожування  продукти  не 

приготовано, їх НІ В ЯКОМУ РАЗІ не слід заморожувати знову.

•  Деякі  спеції  (наприклад,  аніс,  базилік,  водяний  крес,  оцет, 

суміші спецій, імбир, часник, цибуля, гірчиця, чебрець, майоран, 

чорний  перець)  під  час  тривалого  зберігання  змінюють  смак  і 

надають  стравам  сильного  смаку.  Тому  у  страви,  призначені 

для заморожування, слід додавати лише трохи приправи, або ж 

додати її вже після розморожування.

•  Термін  зберігання  страв  залежить  від  жиру,  на  якому  їх 

приготовано.  Добре  зберігаються  страви,  приготовані  на 

маргарині,  телячому  жирі,  оливковій  олії  та  маслі;  страви  на 

арахісовій олії та свинячому салі зберігаються погано.
