The only solution for this problem is factory data reset.

If this happens when there is water or oil on your hand or the touchscreen:
Use a dry cloth to wipe your hand and the screen. If the problem persists, you can power off and
power on the phone. Then you can try again.
If this happens when the phone is charging through an in-car charger or non-standard
charger:
In-car or non-standard chargers may cause touchscreen failure. Use the charger that comes with
your phone for charging. If the problem persists, plug out and plug in the battery.
