If you want to lodge a claim under this limited warranty, please return your product or the affected parts (if not the whole product)
to Vertu authorized service companies. For more details on how to lodge a claim, you can call the Vertu Customer Service Center
(there may be domestic telephone charges or extra charges). Information on Vertu authorized service companies and call centers
can be found in the sales package or on the local website of Vertu. Any claim under this limited warranty must be notified to Vertu
or Vertu authorized service companies within a reasonable time after your notice of the defect, and in no case shall the time be later
than the expiration date of the warranty period. In the event of a claim under this limited warranty, you will be requested to provide:
a) affected product (or affected parts); and b) original proof of purchase, which should clearly state the seller’s name and address,
date and place of purchase, product type and IMEI or other serial numbers.
