system and go to:
Voice > Trunk > IP Trunk

, complete the following fields as shown:

add 0200 before the toll-free number
Auth ID

enter user name
SIP Proxy

proxy1.bandtel
Outbound Proxy:
proxy1.bandtel
Register Server:
registrar.bandtel
User Name:
enter user name
Auth Password
:
enter password

Scroll to bottom of page and click the [Save Settings] button to save the configuration.
