6. Data Service Features
You can send and receive digital fax and access internet if VW450 is connected to the personal computer.
Before you start, Please refer to Appendix A(HOW TO SET UP DATA CONNECTION FOR CSD FAX/DATA AND GPRS DATA)
7. Fax Service Feature
7.1. Analog Fax
1) VW450 supports
- ECM (Error Correction Mode)
- Max 14.4kbps (Local – directly plugged)
- Max 9.6kbps (Network)
- Multiple-page
You can answer faxes through analog fax by setting up the fax-port of VW450 to RJ-11.
And before sending faxes, you need to setup VW450 to fax-mode as below.
Note : When you use analog fax, Telephone connected to telephone port can not be used at the same time.
