ORIENT THE BASES SO THAT TEH HOLE PATTERN
ON EACH BASE MATCHES THE HOLE PATTERN ON
THE CENTER STRETCHER BAR. SLIDE THE
BRACKETS ON THE BASES OVER THE BAR
