Phillips Machine Screw
Place the dispenser onto the Stand and pass the threads of the machine screws
through the slots on the Stand. From the back of the Stand, attach the thumb nuts
onto the machine screws and tighten all the way.
With the dispenser open, insert the Philips machine screws through the keyholes.
