What types of bags can your VERSA
Seal?
The VERSA Sealer can seal most household bags. Your
VERSA Sealer will not damage bags that may be thinner and
more easily melt. It will simply seal the bag closed and melt
or “cut” away any excess bag. Here are
some examples of
the most popular bags our customer’s seal.

Sealing Instructions and
LED Status Indications
Bags are to be placed through the front of the sealer on the side of
the unit where the slide cutter is located.
The slide cutter should be located on either end of the sealer prior to
placing the sealer in the locked position.
The sealer MUST be in a locked position prior to sealing. If the sealer
is NOT in the locked position it will not seal. This is a safety feature.
There is one heat setting for this bag sealer.
Pressing the SEAL button once activates the green indicator light.
This heat setting is for bags with a thickness between 0.1 and
0.4mm.
A solid green light indicates heating and sealing.
A flashing green light indicates unit is cooling.
When the green LED light turns off, sealing is complete, and bag
may be removed.
Let bag completely cool for approximately 10 seconds prior to filling
for a more secure seal.
*Repetitive sealing in a short period of time may activate the
units overheating safety feature. This is indicated by a constant
flashing green indicator light that lasts for approximately 2
minutes and places the sealer in “sleep mode” until cooled
sufficiently to resume use. If this occurs, simply unplug the unit
for 2 minutes, then plug back in and resume normal use.
