• Cleaning the appliance:
Disconnect the power supply from the appliance
by unplugging it before cleaning. The appliance
must not be cleaned using water jets. Do not
install the appliance in rooms where water jets
are used for cleaning. The appliance must be
cleaned periodically by skilled technical person-
nel only. Use perfectly clean, disinfected cloths
or brushes for cleaning. Do not use abrasive
products as these are liable to take the sheen
off shiny parts.
• Hopper
:
Wash the hopper once it has been removed from
the appliance (unscrewing the relevant fasten-
ing screw), using neutral soap and water, rinse
abundantly with lukewarm water and dry thor-
oughly. It is advisable to clean the hopper period-
ically. Once the hopper has been cleaned, it must
be attached to the upper grinding blade holder
using the relevant screw.
• Grinding system:
Remove the safety screw which prevents the
adjustment disk from being removed. Unscrew
the adjustment disk by turning it clockwise. Hav-
ing removed the upper grinding blade holder,
clean the grinding blades, the threads and the
ntire grinding system thoroughly using a clean
brush and cloth. Having refitted the upper grind-
ing blade holder in the relevant slot, screw the
adjustment disk back on, and after refitting
and securing the hopper adjust the grinding as
required.
• Quantitative feeder:
After removing the coffee powder, use a brush
to clean the star-shaped device of the ra-
tion feeder and remove the cleared mate-
rial by pulling the ration feeder control rod.
Use dry cloth to clean the bottom coffee powder
outlet.
If deep cleaning is required, it must be per-
formed by a professional technician and the
electrical power supply must be cut off before
cleaning, as explained above:
1) Dismounting the crews and remove coffee
outlet guard
2) Dismounting hexagonal screws which fix the
coffee weight adjusting knob
3) Dismounting (anticlockwise direction) coffee
weight adjusting knob, press the star type device
of quantitative feeder(concave quantitative star
type device and upper quantitative star type de-
vice)
4) Remove concave quantitative star type de-
vice
5) Remove central spring
6) Deeply clean the bottom of the quantifier, es-
pecially exposed sharp blades and coffee powder
outlets
• To reassemble the quantitative feeder, reverse
the steps above; Please note that the riser of the
coffee exit cover plate should be properly mount-
ed in the suitable slider on the side of the residue
box.
10. Transportation
• Please keep the coffee machine in carton box for
future transportation.
• Empty coffee beans before transportation.
• Once complete emptying , clean the machine.
