Disassembly of the housing
Unscrew the bolts on the assembly pins
(23) on one side using a socket wrench (see
figure 4). Remove the washers, than remove
the side housing (02-03). Take care not to
damage the sealing surfaces in contact with
the diaphragms. Remove the assembly pins
from the other side housing and remove the
second side housing.
Dissasembly of the valve seats and valve
balls (or cylindrical valves)
To have access to valve seat you need to
disassembly the pump side housing first.
Unscrew the liquid plug (09) at the top of
the side housing (02-03) with the special
tool (see figure 6 and 7).
Remove the liquid plug and remove the
valve.
Put a screwdriver in the liquid flow hole
of side section and gentle push-up seat to
remove it. Take out second valve. See figure
