Once you have followed the instructions and created your account, you should now be able to see weather
data from all of your measuring devices.
If all your measuring devices are online (i.e. if it does not say "offline" next to any of the measuring devices)
you can now proceed to the section "INSTALLATION".

If it says "Offline" next to some of the measuring devices, wait a maximum of 3 minutes and see if your
measuring devices go online.
If it still says "Offline" next to any of your devices, check whether the batteries are installed correctly or
whether the gateway unit is plugged in and connected to the router correctly. Then wait approximately 3
minutes and see if your devices go online.
If some of your devices still show "Offline", open an Internet browser and navigate to the page
"www.lonobox.com/support" and follow the instructions on the website.

NSTALLATION
Here are some tips for outdoor location and installation of the measuring devices:

UTDOOR LOCATION OF TEMPERATURE

HUMIDITY SENSOR
The temperature/humidity sensor should be placed in an area with free air circulation and sheltered from
direct sunlight and extreme weather conditions.
Place the device in the shade, preferably under a roof.
Use the wall mount and other appropriate brackets when installing the device on a vertical surface.
Avoid placing the device near heat sources such as chimneys.
Avoid areas that radiate heat and are heated by the sun, such as metal, brick, concrete, paving, patios and
wooden decks.
It is a good idea to place the device above natural surfaces such as a lawn.
The international standard height for measurement of air temperature is 1.25m (4 feet) above the ground.
