Excessive vibration or
noise

Damaged impeller

Dirt accumulated on impeller caused loss of balance;

Impeller loss of balance;

Parts rubbing;

Damage or wear of bearings;
Failed fan start-up/
stop during
operation.

Rubbing between fan impeller and housing or foreign body (e.g. tool left after installation);

Overload of motor or electronic controller;

Damage or wear of bearings;

Power failure or phase failure;

Too high or too low supply voltage;

Electronic controller lock up (power restart needed);

No power restart done after activation of motor protective modules.
